What to expect on the first visit?

Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a medical and dental history questionnaire.

Your comprehensive examination involves:

​

• Discussing your current concerns and treatment desires

• Full mouth digital x-ray 

• Complete tooth charting

• Thorough periodontal examination

• Oral cancer screening

• Any other necessary photographic records

• Study models if necessary
   

Dr. Ziar or Dr. Huang or Dr. Ong will then be able to discuss with you the findings of the evaluation and outline your treatment options.   From here, we will assist you in formulating a personalized treatment plan.

A written treatment plan outlining the agreed treatments, necessary appointments and itemized fees will be organized for you prior to the commencement of treatment.
